Deleting your account in the app
You can request deletion of your Job Site Core account and associated data at any time, directly from the app:
- Open Job Site Core and sign in
- Go to Account → Privacy
- Under Danger Zone, tap Delete Account
- Review what will be deleted, type DELETE to confirm, then tap Schedule Deletion
The 30-day grace period
When you request deletion, your account is scheduled for permanent deletion after a 30-day grace period and you are signed out of all devices. If you change your mind, simply sign back in before the 30 days are up and choose Keep My Account to cancel. After 30 days the deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes:
- Your personal profile data (name, email, phone number)
- Your membership in your company’s team
- Any active subscription, which is cancelled
If you are the owner of a company, deleting your account also permanently deletes the company and all of its data — projects, quotes, invoices, customers, and related records. To protect your team, if your company still has other active members you must remove them (in Team) before you can delete your account.
Data we may retain
We may retain limited records where required by law or for legitimate business purposes, such as financial and tax records and fraud-prevention logs. Any retained data is kept only as long as necessary and is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Request deletion without the app
If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion by email. From the email address on your account, write to support@jobsitecore.com with the subject “Account Deletion Request”. We will verify your identity, process the deletion, and confirm by email once it is complete.
