- All payments are processed through Stripe
- Prices may change with 30 days notice
- Refunds are provided per our refund policy

11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Job Site Core Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
12. Service Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned maintenance.
13. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for:
- Breach of these Terms
- Non-payment of fees
- Fraudulent or illegal activity
- Upon request by law enforcement
- Extended period of inactivity
14. Data Export
Upon termination, you have 30 days to export your data. After this period, we may delete your data in accordance with our data retention policy.

16. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Tennessee, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action must be filed in the courts located in Nashville, Tennessee.
17. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms will first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
18. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
19. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
