1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Job Site Core ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Description of Service
Job Site Core provides a cloud-based construction management platform that includes:
- Project and quote management tools
- Team collaboration features
- Time tracking and field operations
- Financial management and invoicing
- Customer relationship management
- Subcontractor photo upload capabilities
3. Account Registration
To use our Service, you must:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have the authority to bind your company if registering on behalf of an entity
4. Subscription, Billing, and Automatic Renewal
- Plans are priced per plan tier, not per user. Current prices are published at jobsitecore.com. Each tier includes a stated maximum number of users; the user count does not change the amount you are billed.
- YOUR SUBSCRIPTION RENEWS AUTOMATICALLY. Monthly plans renew every month and annual plans renew every 12 months. Your payment method is charged automatically on each renewal date, at the then-current price for your plan, until you cancel.
- New companies receive a 30-day free trial of the Pro plan with no credit card required. If you add a payment method during the trial, your first charge occurs on the day the trial ends. We email you before that first charge.
- You may cancel at any time from Settings → Billing, which opens our payment processor's hosted cancellation page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then, and no further charges are made.
- Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your card details.
- Prices may change on 30 days' written notice to the email address on your account. A price change takes effect at your next renewal.
- Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
- If a free trial ends without a paid subscription, your account becomes read-only. Your data is retained for 30 days and is then permanently deleted. We email a warning 7 days before deletion.
- Applicable sales tax is added at checkout where required.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws
- Not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Not interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account
- Be responsible for all activities under your account
6. Content and Data
Your Content:
- You retain ownership of all content you submit
- You grant us a license to use your content to provide the Service
- You are responsible for the accuracy of your content
- You must have the rights to any content you upload
- We may remove content that violates these Terms
7. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by HarrisTec LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our collection and use of personal information as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
9. Third-Party Services
The Service may integrate with third-party services such as:
- QuickBooks for accounting integration
- Stripe for payment processing
- Google services for maps and calendar
- Twilio for SMS notifications
- These integrations are subject to their respective terms

10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JOB SITE CORE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HarrisTec LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
12. Service Availability
We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service, and we do not offer service credits for downtime. Any written service-level agreement signed separately with HarrisTec LLC governs over this paragraph for that customer. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned maintenance.
13. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for:
- Breach of these Terms
- Non-payment of fees
- Fraudulent or illegal activity
- Upon request by law enforcement
- Extended period of inactivity
14. Data Export
Upon termination, you have 30 days to export your data. After this period, we may delete your data in accordance with our data retention policy.
15. Warranty Disclaimer
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
16. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Tennessee, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action must be filed in the courts located in Nashville, Tennessee.
17. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms will first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
18. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
19. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
20. Text Messaging (SMS) Terms
Job Site Core offers transactional SMS/text-message notifications sent from contractors to their customers and subcontractors — for example, quotes, invoices, project and appointment updates, payment confirmations, and photo-upload requests. By opting in, you agree to receive these messages under the following terms:
- Opt-in: Recipients opt in before any text message is sent: consent is collected when the recipient provides their mobile number to their contractor, expressly agreeing to receive project texts, and a consent record is stored. As an additional safeguard, a one-time confirmation is sent and no project messages are delivered unless the recipient replies YES (START and JOIN are also accepted). The full opt-in disclosure is published at jobsitecore.com/sms-optin. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- Message frequency varies (typically 1–5 per project).
- Message & data rates may apply.
- Opt-out / help: Reply STOP at any time to stop all messages; reply HELP for help, or contact support@jobsitecore.com.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- We do not sell or share your mobile opt-in data, phone number, or consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing (see our Privacy Policy).
