Refund Policy
Effective Date: July 29, 2026 · Version 2026-07-29
This policy explains when JobSiteCore subscription fees are refunded. It is referenced by section 4 of our Terms of Service Refund Policy.
1. The default rule
Subscription fees are non-refundable except as described below. When you cancel, you keep access through the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not prorate partial months.
2. 14-day refund window
We will refund your most recent charge in full if you request it within 14 days of that charge and have not materially used the Service during that period. Contact support@jobsitecore.com and we will process it to your original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days.
3. Annual plans
Annual plans are paid in advance for a 12-month term. If you cancel an annual plan after the 14-day window in section 2, we do not refund the remaining months; your subscription remains active for the rest of the paid term and does not renew.
4. Duplicate and erroneous charges
Duplicate charges, charges after a confirmed cancellation, and charges caused by our error are refunded in full, always, with no time limit. Tell us and we will fix it.
5. Free trials
The 30-day trial requires no credit card. If you added a payment method during the trial and were charged when it converted, section 2 applies to that first charge.
6. Plan changes
Upgrades and downgrades are prorated by our payment processor at the moment you confirm the change; you see the prorated amount before confirming. A downgrade credit is applied to your next invoice rather than refunded to your card.
7. What this policy does not cover
- Charges from third parties, including SMS carrier fees
- Sales tax already remitted to a taxing authority
- Amounts owed to a subcontractor or customer through Contractor Payments — those are between you and that party
8. How to request a refund
Email support@jobsitecore.com from the address on your account, with your company name and the date of the charge. We respond the same business day.
9. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under applicable state or federal law. Where the law gives you a stronger remedy than this policy does, the law governs.
