Short answer (checked October 4, 2026): JobSiteCore bills month to month or annually, with Pro $99/mo ($79/mo billed annually) for 10 seats, AI quote drafts built in, a GPS time clock that queues clock-ins with no signal, and 4K-class photos (12 MP on iPhone, 3840×2160 on Android, app build 685 and later) before a job exists. Contractor Foreman lists annual and quarterly terms, with Contractor Foreman Pro at $221/mo on annual terms for up to 15 users, and goes further on purchasing, submittals, takeoff, service dispatch and unlimited users.

Every Contractor Foreman fact on this page was read on Contractor Foreman’s own pricing, home, features and integrations pages by HarrisTec LLC staff; each source below carries the date we read it (prices on October 4, 2026, from the pricing page’s Annual and Quarterly plan cards). Where JobSiteCore goes further

A monthly plan, or annual if you want it

Every JobSiteCore plan is priced month to month or billed annually on /pricing, and when you cancel you keep access through the period you paid for. Contractor Foreman’s pricing page lists annual and quarterly plans, each paid as one charge at renewal ($588 a year for Basic, up to $3,984 a year for Unlimited); a month-to-month price is not on that page (checked October 4, 2026)[1].

Ten seats for $99

Pro $99/mo ($79/mo billed annually) has 10 seats; Business $300/mo ($240/mo billed annually) has unlimited seats. Contractor Foreman’s pricing page lists Plus at $166/mo on annual terms ($206 on quarterly terms) for up to 8 users and Contractor Foreman Pro at $221/mo ($282 on quarterly terms) for up to 15 users[1]. For 10 people that is Contractor Foreman Pro, charged $2,654 a year or $845 a quarter.

AI that drafts the quote, built in

Every plan includes a monthly AI allowance for drafting a priced quote from a voice note, a photo or a PDF of a supplier’s quote, with no outside AI account (see AI quote import). Contractor Foreman’s pricing page describes a built-in AI you can talk to inside Takeoffs[1]; a quote drafted from a voice note, a photo or a supplier’s PDF is not on its pricing or features pages (checked October 4, 2026)[1][3].

A time clock and daily logs that work without a signal

From Starter $49/mo ($39/mo billed annually) the geofenced GPS time clock queues clock-ins until you are back in coverage, daily logs work offline, and photo uploads pick up where they left off (see the time clock guide). Contractor Foreman’s features page lists Time Cards with “GPS verification, geofencing, automatic breaks”[3]; an offline mode is not on its home, pricing or features pages (checked October 4, 2026)[1][2][3].

Maintenance contracts that draft their own invoices

On every plan, a service agreement holds a maintenance contract, such as elevator, fire protection or commercial HVAC service: it drafts the invoice on the contract’s billing schedule (monthly, quarterly, twice a year or annually) for you to review and send, applies the yearly escalation you set, puts the visits on the calendar, and never counts against your active-project limit. Contractor Foreman’s features page lists Service Tickets for service and warranty work[3]; recurring contract billing is not on its features or pricing pages (checked October 4, 2026)[1][3].

4K-class photos, before the job exists

The JobSiteCore camera captures 4K-class photos (12 MP on iPhone, 3840×2160 on Android, app build 685 and later) on every plan, and photos taken without a job wait in a company-wide Unassigned inbox until someone moves them onto the right job. Contractor Foreman’s features page lists a photo-app integration that brings jobsite photos into project files[3].

Xactimate and Symbility imports on Business

Business and Enterprise import Xactimate and Symbility estimates (see /pricing). An Xactimate or Symbility import is not on Contractor Foreman’s features or pricing pages (checked October 4, 2026)[1][3].

A sub portal with no app and no seat

On Business a sub signs in with a code texted to their phone, with nothing to install and no seat used (see managing subcontractors). Contractor Foreman’s features page lists Sub-Contracts with retainage and progress billing, and a Client Portal[3]; a portal for subs is not on its features or pricing pages (checked October 4, 2026)[1][3].

What it costs at 5, 10 and 30 people who sign in (list prices checked October 4, 2026)

A seat is a team member who signs in. No-login crew on the roster, customer-portal users and sub-portal users are free and never use a seat. Solo $39/mo covers 2 seats and Starter $49/mo covers 3 seats; the rows below start where a crew outgrows them.

Read by HarrisTec LLC from the plan cards on contractorforeman.com/pricing as they stood on October 4, 2026: the smallest plan whose user cap seats the row, at the per-month figure the page shows, with the yearly or quarterly charge the page says is paid at renewal[1]. Contractor Foreman lists annual and quarterly terms; a month-to-month price is not on its pricing page (checked October 4, 2026), and its pricing FAQ says the fee is for the company as a whole, not per user. Feature sets differ, so this is a price for seats, not a like-for-like plan. On JobSiteCore both columns count people who sign in, and customer-portal and sub-portal users never use a seat. Not in the JobSiteCore number: the fees on card and ACH payments customers make in the customer portal, Starter and up: Stripe’s standard rate (cards 2.9% + 30¢, ACH 0.8% capped at $5), billed by Stripe to your own Stripe account, plus a 0.2% JobSiteCore fee.
