Capture a lead in the field

Save a lead at the site — address, photos, notes and who you spoke with — and it lands in the Lead column of your pipeline.

Updated September 27, 2026

Capture Lead saves a new lead while you stand at the site. It starts from the address, and the lead lands in the Lead column of your pipeline.

Open it from the dashboard's Capture Lead action, the Quotes list, or the pipeline's top bar.

The site

The screen finds where you are and suggests the address. If the pin is off, tap Adjust pin and move it.

If a record already exists at that address, a banner offers to open it.

  • Building or business name — often suggested for you.
  • Interest — Hot, Warm, Cold or Not rated.
  • Visit outcome — for example Appointment set or No answer.

Photos, notes and contact

Some trades see an extra section, such as insurance details or a competitor contract.

  • Photos & files — site photos, estimates or reports.
  • Site notes — what you saw and heard.
  • Contact — who you spoke with, with phone and email.

Save

Tap Save lead. A typed address is located on the map and you confirm the match. The screen also checks for an existing record there.

The lead opens with a checklist of what is still missing, such as the contact, notes and scope.

Tap Schedule follow-up on the "Lead saved" message to set the next visit or call.
