Sales & Quoting

See which quotes are falling behind

Estimator Oversight groups every active quote by the person who owns it and flags the ones that need attention, so you can step in.

Updated September 27, 2026

Estimator Oversight shows every active quote in your company, grouped by the person who owns it. Owners, admins and managers open it from the pipeline's top bar.

The person who creates a quote or captures a lead owns it.

When a quote is falling behind

Drafts and leads are never flagged. They still count toward each estimator's active total.

  • Overdue follow-up — its follow-up date has passed.
  • No follow-up set — nothing is scheduled.
  • Sent, not viewed — sent 3 or more days ago.
  • No contact 14d+ — two weeks with no contact.

Estimator cards

Each card shows the estimator's active quotes and their value, how many are behind, and why. Tap a card to see just that person's quotes.

Nudge an estimator

Owners and admins see a Nudge button on each card. Send a reminder, with an optional note, or schedule a follow-up for that estimator.

Each quote in the Falling behind list has a ⋮ menu with Send reminder and Schedule follow-up.

An estimator gets at most one reminder a day.
