Schedule a meeting from a job

Book a meeting or site visit from a project, customer or quote, send the customer a calendar invite, and text a reminder an hour before.

Updated September 27, 2026

A meeting is a calendar event tied to a job: a customer walkthrough, a sub meeting or a site visit. Schedule it from the job you are working on.

Where to schedule one

  • The Meetings card on a project, customer or quote.
  • Schedule Meeting in a project's actions.
  • The calendar, as a new event.

What to fill in

Choose the type — meeting, customer meeting, sub meeting or site visit — then the time and the place. Add teammates as attendees.

Tell the customer

Texts need the customer's consent to texting. If you move the meeting, the customer gets an updated invite.

  • Send calendar invite email — an .ics invite to their inbox.
  • Send SMS confirmation — a text when you schedule it.
  • SMS reminder 1 hour before — a text before it starts.

After it is scheduled

The Meetings card lists upcoming meetings first, then past ones. Tap a meeting to open it.

Meetings are on the Pro plan and above.
