Insurance Relationships shows the carriers and adjusters who send you work. It is built from the claim details already on your quotes and projects.
Where the list comes from
You never type carriers in here. Add the carrier and adjuster to a quote or project, or import an estimate, and they appear.
Carriers, Adjusters and Board
Star the carriers and adjusters you watch closely, then use the Starred filter.
- Carriers — each carrier's pipeline, won work and last activity.
- Adjusters — the people you work with at each carrier.
- Board — the Monday pipeline board, to print or export.
What the numbers mean
A high Top share means much of your work depends on one carrier.
- Pipeline — value of open quotes not yet won or lost.
- Won — value of active and completed projects.
- Active — how many have an open quote or active project.
- Gone quiet — how many are flagged quiet.
- Top share — the largest carrier's share of pipeline plus won.
- Moved / Retired — adjusters you marked as moved or retired.
Last activity
Last activity is the most recent real work on their jobs, not the last edit. It moves forward when:
- A quote or project is added for them.
- A job's start or completion date is set.
- An invoice is issued or a payment is recorded.
- A quote is sent, or the customer responds to it.
Gone quiet and at risk
A carrier or adjuster has gone quiet when it has no open work and its last activity is older than your quiet threshold. The default is 120 days.
Change the threshold with the sliders icon in the top bar. Logging a touch, such as a check-in call, on a detail page keeps a relationship warm.
An adjuster is at risk when marked moved or retired, or when they are the one adjuster listed for their carrier. The pills at the top open those lists.
On a project
A project with a claim or a board-up shows a Claim & Designation card on its Overview. Use its Edit or Change button to update the claim details.
